Fødevaresikkerhed og – kontrol er et emne, som optager hele verden. Den 30. august 2010 vil Norden ved et lukket arrangement i Shanghai sætte fokus på netop fødevaresikkerhedens udfordringer og løsninger i et internationalt perspektiv. Derfor sættes nøglepersoner sammen fra Norden og Kina for at skabe en dialog, hvor deling af viden om initiativer i de to verdensdele vil være det centrale.
