Mr. President! Of course I agree with what Minister Bildt and MP Tuomioja said. We should be happy if the battlegroups are not needed, because it means that there are no crises. Still, I have to say that we should develop the concept, its flexibility and usability in the case it is needed. There are still obstacles – financial and political ones – and we have to sort these things out.
We invest a lot of money, and we train these forces. They are the best forces for us.
