Validation of the General Nordic Questionnaire (QPSNordic) for Psychological and Social Factors at Work

This report describes the validation process of the General Nordic Questionnaire (QPSNordic) for psychological and social factors at work. QPSNordic is designed for the assessment of psychological, social, and organizational work conditions: to provide a basis for implementing organizational development and interventions, for research into associations between work and health, and for documentation of changes in work conditions.

The QPSNordic and its short form, QPSNordic 34+ are included in this report, as an appendix. Application of the QPSNordic as an instrument in the organizational development method known as survey-feedback is described in this report.
