News From the Environment Nordic Co-operation No.11 May 2012: The Nordic prime ministers have decided that Nordic co-operation will concentrate its resources and focus on the green economy for the next few years. This will entail investments in areas such as education and research, energy efficiency, green public procurement, waste treatment and the integration of environmental and climate aspects into development aid - Halldór Ásgrímsson Secretary General, Nordic Council of Ministers.
