'Solidarity with Belarus' is an international donors' conference taking place in Warsaw on Wednesday 2 February. The General Secretary of the Nordic Council of Ministers, Halldór Ásgrimsson, is attending, as well as a number of European foreign ministers, the European Commissioner Štefan Füle, and representatives from the Belarusian civil society.
