This will be the topic of a seminar to be held by the Nordic Council of Ministers on Monday 14 April. Karen Klint MP (Denmark) will open the proceedings.

- The Nordic Council of Ministers" Office in Kaliningrad has got off to a good start. It organised a conference on the social integration of disabled children on 30 November. The conference was held in I. Kant"s Russian State University and co-hosted by the university, the regional government and the NGO organisation "Maria".
