Conference on co-operation across Nordic borders: Date: Apr 20, 2010 to Apr 20, 2010; Conference with focus on cross-border co-operation, commuting and moving across Nordic borders. Amongst the participants are Sweden's Minister for Co-operation, Cristina Husmark Pehrsson, and representatives from Öresund Direkt, the Border Service (Grensetjänsten), the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions, the Nordic Freedom of Movement Forum and the EU Commission.
Seminar on family forms and norms in the Nordic countries: Date: Jul 30, 2010; Hello Norden is organising a seminar at Pride in Stockholm this year. The Nordic countries have a well developed co-operation, but national laws and regulations differ. This means that people who, in different ways, breach the norm for what is considered a family suffer. An expert panel will discuss what this means in practice for individuals.
