International Week at European Humanities University
Freedom of Expression and Intellectual Freedom are rights – not privileges. European Humanities University (EHU) invites journalists and editors to discover why 20 donors from 13 countries support more than 2,000 Belarusian students and 200 Belarusian lecturers in their pursuit of these rights.
May 31-June 3 International Week at EHU
The International Week is organized to give a full view of the EHU from an international perspective. During the week, you would have an opportunity to visit the EHU section at the Baltic Development Forum, to participate in a round table meeting and discussions about the future and education of the region, to get acquainted with the work of the Trust Fund and learn more about the EHU at the international stage.
EHU will also be present at Baltic Development Forum (BDF) in Vilnius June 1-2. At 11.30 am on June 1, a student from the EHU will be interviewed at the Nordic Council of Ministers' BDF-stand.
About European Humanities University (EHU):
EHU is a Belarusian university founded in Minsk in 1992 and closed by authorities in 2004. It re-launched activities in Vilnius in 2005 and was granted the status of a Lithuanian university in 2006. Its mission is to prepare future leaders of society in an academic environment free of discrimination of any kind.
