Nominees for the Nordic Council prizes 2017

The nominees for the Nordic Council’s five prizes will be announced during the course of the year. All five prizes will be awarded in conjunction with the Nordic Council Session in Helsinki on 1 November.
The nominees for:
The Nordic Council Literature Prize were announced on 23 February.
The Nordic Council Children and Young People’s Literature Prize were announced on 5 April.
The Nordic Council Music Prize were announced on 26 April.
The Nordic Council Environment Prize were announced on 16 June.
The Nordic Council Film Prize were announced on 22 August.
The winners of the Nordic Council prizes will be announced and presented with their prizes at a ceremony at Finlandia Hall in Helsinki on 1 November in conjunction with the Nordic Council Session.
The Finnish broadcaster YLE will broadcast the award ceremony on the Areena channel between 20:00 and 21:00 (Finnish time), with a live stream available here between 19:45 and 21:00:
