Sinikka Bohlin: Assess the co-operation between the Nordic Council and Northwest Russia

So said Sinikka Bohlin, the Nordic Council's observer for the Northern Dimension and Northwest Russia, in a speech at the PANWR's (Parliamentary Assembly of Northwest Russia) 39th conference in Archangel on Thursday 3 June.
The President of PANWR, Igor Koshin, replied that PANWR will address the question of how co-operation can be strengthened.
PANWR is the parliamentary co-operation for the regional assemblies in Northwest Russia. Topics discussed at the conference included health, corruption, infrastructure and agriculture.
Sinikka Bohlin has been the Nordic Council's observer in PANWR since 2006. She will present a report to the Nordic Council Presidium in the autumn on the co-operatoin between the Council and PANWR and on the Northern Dimension.
