UN Under-Secretary-General speaks about the refugee crisis at Nordic Council Session
Christian Friis Bach will introduce the debate on international policy in Reykjavik on 28 October. The refugee crisis will be addressed in the context of the UN’s global targets for sustainable development.
The Nordic Council Session is being held at Harpa in Reykjavik from 27 to 29 October 2015.
The Nordic Council is the official body for Nordic inter-parliamentary co-operation. The autumn Session is the annual forum for political debate between the Council and the Nordic governments.
