The Ísafjördur declaration: Importance of the fisheries and aquaculture sectors: At its meeting of 2 July 2009, the Nordic Council of Ministers for Fisheries and Aquaculture, Agriculture, Food and Forestry (MR-FJLS) discussed the importance of the fisheries and aquaculture sectors in international trade and the need for promoting responsible and sustainable fisheries and aquaculture management and adopted the Ísafjörður declaration: Importance of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Sectors.
