Probably the Most Gender Equal Region in the World
According to World Economic Forum's Gender Gap Report the Nordic Region is the most gender equal region in the world. In 2010 the five Nordic countries, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, ranked highest in the Gender Gap Report of the countries with the highest level of gender equality. The Nordic gender equality ministers are taking important steps to maintain this ranking.
