Nordic conference on self-care in chronic disease
The National Board of Health is holding a conference on self-care in chronic disease. The conference aims to throw light on different possibilities to develop patients' ability for self-care and skills competency in chronic disease and identify the need and possibilities of joint Nordic co-operation.
