Food safety and control is a subject that concerns the whole world. The Nordic region will focus on the challenges and solutions for food safety in an international perspective at a Nordic-Chinese food safety event in Shanghai on 30th August 2010. Key people from the Nordic countries and China will meet to create a dialogue where sharing knowledge about initiatives in the two parts of the world will be the central issue.
