The Nordic Council of Ministers' Contact Centres are located in Arkhangelsk, Murmansk and Petrozavodsk. They are structured and managed as part of the Information Office in St. Petersburg.

The Contact Centres are responsible for co-ordinating and implementing the activities of the Nordic Council of Ministers in the Barents Region.

Furthermore the Contact Centres ensure distribution of information about NCM policies and programmes in the Barents Region.

The Information office in St. Petersburg ensures financial administration, monitoring, reporting and evaluation as well as consultancy contribution to activities and projects implemented by the Contact Centres.
