Apply for funding – Mobility programme

Nordic Council of Ministers’ funding programme for NGOs in the Baltic Sea Region
NGOs play a prominent role in the Nordic Council of Ministers’ co-operation with the Baltic States, Poland, Belarus and Northwest Russia within a number of its priority areas, such as the environment and progress towards democracy, but also as partners in building networks and cross-border co-operation in the Baltic Sea Region.
Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration
The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration offers financial support to civil servants and other staff in the public sector to carry out study visits, internships, training or network activities in the region. Activities supported by the programme require the participation of a minimum of three countries, of these a minimum of one Nordic and one Baltic.
NORDBUK: Project and organisation co-operation grants
The Nordic Committee for Children and Young People, NORDBUK, supports children and young people in their own projects and organisation. Nordic Culture Point has set up and manages a programme to facilitate this.
Nordic Culture Point: The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture
The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture is open to professional artists, producers and other stakeholders in all fields/sectors of art and culture in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The programme provides grants for individuals, network-building and residency programmes.
