Nordic information offices

The Nordic information offices are responsible for co-ordinating Nordic operations in these areas, providing information about Nordic co-operation and acting as a district office for the local Nordic Associations.
Nordic information offices
In addition to the information activities of the Nordic Council of Ministers – concentrated primarily in the Nordic capital cities – the Nordic Council of Ministers funds regional information activities in order to raise awareness about official and popular Nordic co-operation, to disseminate information about Nordic funding schemes and calls for proposals, and to provide information about Nordic society more generally.
Nordic Information Office in South Jutland/South Schleswig
The job of the Nordic Information Office is to provide information about formal Nordic co-operation and co-ordinate official Nordic activities in the border region between Denmark and Germany. It promotes Nordic culture via activities such as visits by authors, art exhibitions, concerts, reading groups and exchange visits to other Nordic countries. Its remit also includes enhancing knowledge of South Jutland and South Schleswig in the rest of the Nordic Region.
