Kick-off event for the Finnish Programme for the Presidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers 2011 in the cultural sector in the House of the Estates, Helsinki, 2 March 2011, 11.30-14.00. Priorities and major events in the sector programme will be presented. There will be a light lunch and samples of the culture programme. State Secretary Marcus Rantala, Ministry of Education and Culture, will open the event.
