The financial crisis, the housing market and households

Housing policy in the future will be discussed at the conference. Differences and similarities between the Nordic countries in the housing market will be illustrated, and estimates of the trend in the near future will be given, both in a Nordic and an international perspective. The conference is a forum where politicians, administrators, researchers and other interested parties in the Nordic housing and planning sector have a clear opportunity to exchange experiences. The conference is held under the auspices of the Icelandic Presidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers in 2009. It is open for everyone. The conference will be held in the Scandinavian languages, with the possibility of interpretation.
