Fringe event: New Nordic declaration on the rights of the child to creative development at school

The Nordic Council Culture Committee's work wishes to mark the 20th anniversary on the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child in conjunction with its work on culture in schools. This event is free of charge but registration is required. Please sign up with hap@norden.org before 23 October 2009.
