Party groups
The Nordic Council's elected members can form party groups. A party group must consist of at least four members and have representatives from at least two countries.

- The Nordic Council's elected members can form party groups. A party group must consist of at least four members and have representatives from at least two countries.
- Conservative Group
- The Conservative Group has 19 members representing 7 national member parties from the five Nordic countries and from the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Åland.
- Centre Group
- The Centre Group in the Nordic Council represents members and substitutes from the Nordic countries and the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Åland that belong to the central Liberal, Green and Christian Democratic member parties.
- The Social Democratic Group
- Left-wing Socialist Green Group (VSG)
- Unaffiliated Political Parties (outside the main Party Groups)
