We all appreciate the advice from the Baltic Assembly, but I have to question your assertion that the Belarus opposition is against such a proposal. The opposition, which unfortunately is very weak and very divided, is also divided on this issue. There are people who think that this could be – and this indeed is our intention – should be, must be an office, a presence, which will be of help to the opposition.
