About gender equality co-operation

Fathers in the Nordic Region are able to take paternity leave, and women sit on the boards of large companies. It is just as normal for a woman to pick up her briefcase and head to the office every morning as it is for a man. We have made great progress in gender equality in the Nordic Region, but we still face major challenges – such as human trafficking and a labour market divided on gender lines.
