In October 2019 the Nordic Ministers for Environment and Climate signed a declaration that will deepen the Nordic co-operation on oceans and climate; at the event Nordic ministers, young people, policymakers and representatives of the scientific community and Indigenous Peoples will continue to discuss the implications of climate change to the Nordic Region and the oceans, including possible solutions.
