Digitalisation is generally promoted in order to make case handling at the courts more efficient. It speeds up the process and reduces the administrative tasks for the courts as well as the users of the courts. The Baltic countries is ahead of the Nordic countries in this area.
The report "Digitalisation of the courts" will be launched at a hybrid conference in the Tallinn Circuit Court, Estonia.
The findings will be presented by the author Professor Frederik Waage and experts from Estonia, Sweden and Iceland. You are welcome to participate physically or online by registering.
