NORDBUK supports the projects and organisation of children and young people. To do this, NORDBUK has established the Norden 0–30 programme administered by Nordic Culture Point.

The programme seeks to strengthen their organisational skills, influence, and participation in political, cultural, and social activities. Projects must involve the co-operation of at least three (3) Nordic countries. In addition, co-operation with the Baltic countries and Northwest Russia can be included in the application.

Additional funding has been set aside for the period 2018 to 2020 for projects with an emphasis on Agenda 2030. This is a result of co-operation between the Nordic Committee for Children and Young People and Generation 2030.

Applications are processed by Nordic Culture Point three times a year in conjunction with the pre-determined application deadlines. Applications must be submitted using the electronic application portal, which is available via the Nordic Culture Point website. The website also contains information on the programme’s assessment criteria and on who can receive funding, as well as application instructions.
