Working Together on Solutions for the Future

During the joint presidency of Denmark, Greenland, and the Faroe Islands, we will work together to realise the new vision of the Nordic region being the most sustainable and integrated region in the world. This vision sets a clear direction, focusing on a green, competitive, and socially sustainable Nordic region. One of the biggest challenges we face is the concerning developments in relation to our climate. This demands action, and this is where the Nordic countries must take the lead.We want to engage young people and build on the strong co-operation and community that exists between our countries, in which civil society plays a significant role.The Nordic region must be able to embrace the challenges we face. This is best done by working together, which is why the title of our joint Presidency Programme is “Working Together on Solutions for the Future”.
