Listen to the children and young people

This document summarizes the main results from the Nordic 0-24 collaboration. A project initiated by the Nordic Council of Ministers in 2017 and managed by the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training. The project has been an effort to improve the follow-up of vulnerable children and young people and their families through increased cross-sectoral cooperation between services.The most important findings are to place the needs of the children and young people at the forefront and strengthen cross-sectoral collaboration.
