Information for those who had a Nordic project with a framework agreement in 2025

Organisations that have a framework agreement with the Nordic Council of Ministers must report on their initiatives annually in accordance with common templates.

Annual report

All administrative bodies whose activities are funded by way of a framework agreement must submit an annual report in accordance with the template below by 15 February. The annual report must contain an income statement for the previous year’s activities, and a statement on the utilisation of the funds provided by the Nordic Council of Ministers. Annual reports for 2025 must be sent directly to the project manager.

Annual reporting for 2025

The new system with objective- and result-oriented working methods (RBM) will unfortunately not be ready for annual reports to be submitted directly in the portal before the reporting deadline of 15 February 2026. During the transition period, Word templates must be used for annual reports.

In order to facilitate this process and ensure consistent and efficient reporting, the grants team at the Nordic Council of Ministers will pre-fill the Word templates for each project or programme. You can obtain your annual report template from your project advisor or co-ordinator. Please contact your project advisor or co-ordinator if you have not received the template.

Instructions for the auditor’s review of utilised project funds

For all project funding exceeding DKK 500,001, the final income statement must be audited by a state-authorised and/or registered auditor. This does not apply to governmental organisations that are already audited by a Nordic national audit office. You can find the instructions for this in the documents below.
