Brimheim

Brimheim has recently been declared a true outlier in the Nordic rock scene. Before her hit song “Exquisite Bliss” from her EP Myself Misspelled (2020) Brimheim had been active for several years under different names in grunge and electronica.  

The release of her debut album Can't Hate Myself Into a Different Shape (2022) prompted great reviews and won her no fewer than three prizes at the Faroese Music Awards that year (best song, best female singer and best band). 

Her latest album Ratking (2024) also won several prizes and further drew the attention of critics both nationally and internationally, with reviewers emphasising her admirable versatility, her strong communication skills, the qualities of her voice and her ability to surprise.
