The Nordic Council of Ministers

The Nordic Council of Ministers is the official body for inter-governmental co-operation in the Nordic Region. It seeks common solutions wherever and whenever the countries can achieve more together than by working on their own.

Sweden holds the Presidency of the Nordic Council of Ministers in 2024. The programme for the Presidency revolves around a more safe, green and free Nordic Region, with a particular focus on integration and enhancing cross-border mobility.
Our Vision 2030
Vision 2030 seeks to make the Nordic Region the most sustainable and integrated region in the world. All work by the Nordic Council must seek to turn that vision into a reality.
