0-24 – Cross-sectoral co-operation on vulnerable children and young people

The Nordic Council of Ministers has initiated a three-year project for cross-sectoral co-operation on vulnerable children and young people aged 0 to 24. The project will facilitate the sharing of experiences and learning on how different levels of administration and different sectors can best hone their activities. How can a co-ordinated, cohesive, and relevant range of services be developed for vulnerable children, young people, and their families?
