The Nordic countries lead in gender equality, with policies such as paid parental leave, flexible work, and women’s leadership programs. In Japan, efforts are increasing to boost women’s workforce participation, improve work-life balance, and address demographic challenges. By exchanging insights, we aim to drive meaningful change and create a more inclusive future. Join us at the Nordic Pavilion!
