Media accreditation for the Nordic Council Theme Session in Helsinki, Finland, 31 March-1 April: The Nordics, together – Nordic value and cohesion in troubled times
How can the Nordic Region be even more united in the face of growing security threats? What will it take to bolster defence, societal security and preparedness in an era of hybrid attacks, disinformation and vulnerable critical infrastructure? On 31 March and 1 April, 87 Nordic parliamentarians will gather in Helsinki for the Nordic Council’s annual Theme Session. They will discuss the way forward for Nordic security and preparedness, focusing on the Baltic Sea and closer co-operation on civil contingency planning and supply chains.
The main guest speaker will be announced at a later date.
Accredited media are welcome to cover the plenary sessions on Tuesday, 1 April. They will also be streamed live on norden.org.
