The Nordic expert group on criminal law consists of representatives responsible for criminal law and the criminal procedural area from each of the Nordic countries.
The working group shall seek to strengthen Nordic co-operation in the area of criminal law and contribute to the exchange of experience regarding current themes. The group members share their experiences and collaborate on themes such as legislative initiatives, specific matters of a legal or political nature, and discuss and co-ordinate the positions of the Nordic countries in an international context.
