The Nordic working group for co-operation on combating cybercrime with suppliers of internet-based services consists of representatives from the police authorities of the Nordic countries and, where relevant, prosecution authorities.
The working group co-ordinates the co-operation of the Nordic countries with providers of online content services, including telecommunications operators and social media, with the aim of stepping up the combatting of cybercrime. In addition, the working group shall be a forum for the exchange of information and knowledge, and contribute to the development and improvement of procedures for obtaining digital evidence.
The group may invite suppliers of internet-based services in the Nordic Region to participate in its work.
