Nordjobb facilitates seasonal work for young people aged 18 to 30 in the Nordic Region. The programme not only offers jobs, but also accommodation and a culture and recreation programme. Through Nordjobb, young people get to experience what it's like to live in another Nordic country, explore other Nordic cultures, and meet other Nordjobbers and form friendships with people from all over the Nordics.

The purpose of the programme is to improve mobility in the Nordic labour market as well as enhance young people's knowledge of other Nordic languages and cultures. Since 1985, Nordjobb has enabled more than 30,000 young people to experience another Nordic country.
By participating in the programme, both Nordjobbers and employers help to improve mobility across the Nordic Region. The programme is run by the Norden Association, with funding primarily provided by the Nordic Council of Ministers.
