Nordic Co-operation Programme for the Ministers of Co-operation (MR-SAM) 2025–2030

The Co-operation Programme for the Ministers for Nordic Co-operation (MR-SAM) 2025–2030 sets a clear direction for the work to be done in the coming years. The vision of a Nordic Region which is the most sustainable and integrated region in the world by 2030 is what governs all of the work undertaken by the Nordic Council of Ministers. Through clear political priorities in the spirit of the vision, it is our ambition to bolster efforts and programmes within the Council of Ministers that can help deliver Nordic solutions, create new and essential knowledge, and further develop and strengthen platforms for Nordic co-operation.
