The Nordic culture ministers commissioned a think tank to look into the influence of the tech giants on democratic process.
The Nordic countries are among the most digitalised in the world, and public debate increasingly takes place online, which presents challenges for democracy.
In April, the think tank presented its recommendations for how the Nordic countries should respond to the challenges.
