Panel discussion on #metoo in the cultural sector in the Nordic Region - a follow-up to the Nordic Council of Ministers’ debate series

The follow-up takes the form of a panel discussion that will, among other things, touch on the conclusions of the Nordic Council of Ministers’ debate series “#metoo in the cultural sector in the Nordic Region” and the measures that have been taken politically and in the cultural sector, and look at what effect these have had. The discussions will take a forward-looking approach and look at possible approaches for addressing the underlying problem. In addition, the discussions will touch on how #metoo was handled in the different Nordic countries and their cultural sectors, the culture of silence, the special conditions of the culture industry, and the situation for young people and marginalised groups. Several of the panellists participated in the Nordic Council of Ministers’ debate series.
