The shared border area between Finland, Sweden, and Norway plays a central role in the security of supplies, as well as NATO co-operation and the vitality of the area. Transport connections have become even more important after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Functioning infrastructure is also needed for the northern area’s investments and businesses, which are important for the Nordic Region as a whole. Can the north show the way?
