About the Nordic Committee on Food Analysis (NMKL)

The Nordic Committee on Food Analysis consists of microbiologists, chemists and statisticians from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. The members are all experts and represent national food agencies, the food industry, accreditation organisations and the scientific community.

The Committee devises methods of analysis, draws up guidelines, runs course/seminars, drives Nordic efforts to influence international work on food analysis and serves as a network for Nordic food analysts.
