How to prepare an annual report for a Nordic project with a framework contract
The individual at the Secretariat to the Nordic Council of Ministers who is responsible for the project will notify the organisation before the end of the year.

The administrative bodies must also produce an activity description and budget which is provided in the template for contract documents. The contract documents must be uploaded in the project portal.

Annual report
All administrative bodies whose activities are funded by way of a framework contract must submit an annual report in accordance with the template below by 15 February. The annual report must contain an income statement for the previous year’s activities, and a statement on the utilisation of the funds provided by the Nordic Council of Ministers. The annual report must be uploaded in the project portal.

Instructions for the auditor’s review of utilised project funds
For all project funding of DKK 500,001 or more, the final income statement must be audited by a state-authorised and/or registered auditor. This does not apply to governmental organisations that are already audited by a Nordic national audit office. You can find the instructions for this in the documents below.

Auditor’s statement for the auditor’s review of utilised project funds
The auditor must complete and sign a statement regarding the final financial report in accordance with the instructions previously stated. The statement must be appended to the final financial report where relevant. The template below can be used for the statement.
