Programme for Sweden’s presidency of the Nordic Council in 2025

Those living in the Nordics must see and feel the benefits of Nordic co-operation in their day-to-day lives, and feel a strong sense community – these are the main objectives of Sweden’s presidency programme for the Nordic Council.

The focus of the programme is the importance of unity in an uncertain world and the day-to-day Nordic advantage for those living in the region. It also highlights the importance of anchoring the work of the Nordic Council more deeply in the region’s national parliaments.
