As the world gathers to explore the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives," Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and the Nordic Council of Ministers unite in the Nordic Pavilion to showcase shared values, bold ideas, and collaborative solutions for a better future. Across the six-month event, the Nordic Pavilion will host a series of Joint Nordic Days, spotlighting our contributions to clean energy, life science, equality, gaming, food innovation, and more.
I am very happy to welcome you to our joint Nordic Pavilion at EXPO where the Nordic Circle brings together the best of what we have to offer in sustainability, innovation, and cooperation!
The joint Nordic engagement begins with a Startup Day, part of both Expo and SusHi Tech Tokyo, highlighting the strength of the Nordic startup ecosystem and encouraging new synergies between the Nordics and Japan. A mix of sessions, panels, and pitches will bring together changemakers and entrepreneurs from both regions.
The calendar continues with thematic programs on energy, life science and health, literature, equality, food, and the Arctic—all aimed at fostering dialogue and showcasing Nordic approaches to global challenges.
