Nordic Conference on Climate Change Adaptation (NOCCA)

At the heart of NOCCA2025 lies a critical question: What are the limits to adaptation in the Nordic context? Confirmed keynote speakers include Professor Frans Berkhout from King’s College London, Professor, Director General Petteri Taalas from the Finnish Meteorological Institute and Kerstin Stendahl, who is the Special Representative on Climate and Security of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
