The Nordic labor markets are among the most gender-equal in the world. However, persistent challenges, the gender pay gap, sexual harassment at work, and the un-equal distribution of care work remind us that the job is not yet done. Many women find themselves economically dependent on a partner or family, preventing them from making their own decisions and following their own dreams.
Join the Nordic ministers as we push for a gender-equal future for financial freedom.
