The shops sell secondhand goods, everything from toys and electronics to clothes, furniture and porcelain. The workshops redesign goods and instil new life into them. The innovative restaurant makes climate-smart vegetarian meals based on food waste from local shops. The kitchen waste is converted into soil for Emmaus’ urban farming initiatives.
On top of all that, Emmaus offers unemployed people new opportunities to work.
