Healthy, Safe and Sustainable Diet (HSSD)

HSSD’s area of responsibility covers activities within nutrition and toxicology, with a particular focus on risk–benefit assessment and the general assessment of foods and food consumption. HSSD supports, among other things, the revision and follow-up of the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations (NNR).
